1. Refunds and exchanges

1.1 – We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except under the provision of this Clause.

1.2 – If an event is cancelled and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the time of the original event, the original ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled event and no refund shall be available if the ticket holder is unable to attend

1.3 – If an event is cancelled, you will be offered tickets at any rescheduled event which is due to take place after 48 hours of the date of the original event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets.

1.4 – If an event is cancelled, and:

a) Not rescheduled within 48 hours of the date of the original event, or;

b) Rescheduled to take place after 48 hours of the date of the original event and the ticket holder is unable to attend;

Then the ticket holder will be entitled to a refund of the full face value of the ticket.

1.5 – REACH Wrestling reserves the right to alter or vary the programme of an event without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets

1.6 – Refunds will be granted if an event is cancelled due to force majeure:

Examples include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, key event supplier failure, transport failure causing a cancellation, breakdown of key equipment etc.

1.7 – Booking fees are non-refundable.

1.8 – Any refunds will be paid within 30 days of the event being postponed/cancelled.
